A grand aioli is a beautiful, sharable French dish perfect for entertaining or family dinner. It's made with any combination of steamed fish, seafood, potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, and vegetables served on a platter with aioli on the side as the sauce. Here are two examples to inspire your own grand aioli platter.

Ingredients

Aioli and your choice of:

Whitefish

Classic Version 

Whitefish, potatoes, and carrots are a classic combination and a simple, family-friendly dish to prepare.

Steam whitefish, carrots, and potatoes and serve along with aioli.

Create Your Favorite Platter

Steam your favorite ingredients and serve alongside aioli.

I often make this dish with leftovers and add a few fresh ingredients. Here, I served leftover shrimp and hard-boiled eggs with fresh radicchio, endives, cucumber, celery, red bell pepper, and carrots — pretty much whatever was in the fridge!
