Once you refresh your kitchen and create a kitchen you love, it doesn't take much to keep it feeling that way. Just a minute or two a day is all you need for a quick tidy-up or a small tweak here and there. If there are a few things you'd like to get, keep a wish list for when the moment is right. I've been waiting for another champagne glass to break! to justify a little "refresh" and add some coupes to my kitchen — both for aeration and aesthetics. I love the vintage charm, and the wide bowl style opens up the aromas.
A split of French Champs from Trader Joe's — a good little option.
Perfect for a coupe for two — they have full-size bottles too 😉

Salmon cakes made with leftover salmon en papillote with thyme
This version of salmon en papillote is made with a bit of butter, a touch of cream, lots of fresh dill, and lemon. You can get more ideas for baking fish in the recipe. If you have extra, making salmon cakes is just like making crab cakes. In these salmon cakes, I added an egg, about a 1/3 cup of fresh breadcrumbs, a splash more lemon, and a spoonful of Djon.
Sometimes I make extras on purpose!
