This granola parfait recipe is the perfect alternative to processed cereals, and it’s not just for breakfast! It’s an easy, wholesome treat that can be used to create a quick, satisfying dinner. In this post, I’ll give you some menu ideas to make a simple, nutritious meal that your family will love.

Ingredients

Homemade granola

Plain yogurt

Raspberries and/or blueberries

Honey or maple syrup

Instructions

Alternate layers of yogurt, granola, and berries in a parfait glass, ramekin, or cup. If desired, add a slight drizzle of honey or maple syrup on some of the yogurt layers.

Serve this delightful dish for breakfast or an after-school snack. You can also serve it as a third course when you are in a pinch to pull together something for dinner.  See below for menu ideas.

Make a granola parfait for a healthy third course and include a couple of easy no-cook courses, and you have a meal that’s both nourishing and comforting.
