Ingredients

1/4 cup cream

Vinegar - red or white wine vinegar, sherry vinegar, or champagne vinegar

Sea salt & freshly ground pepper

Instructions

Whisk about a quarter cup of cream for 10–15 seconds.

Add a splash or two of vinegar.

Whisk for a few more seconds until it thickens.

Taste and add more vinegar if desired.

Add sea salt & freshly ground pepper to taste.

Notes

Serve this dressing over any salad you like. I enjoyed this with lobster salad and a squeeze of lemon.
