More about Caterina
Parents call me “The Modern-Day Miss Manners.”
Kids call me “The Dinnertime Lady.”
My husband, Pierre, calls me “A sort of food guru.”

I still don’t know exactly what my label is — and that’s fitting. As you’ll soon see, I don’t really like labels.

So you can just call me Caterina — and know that I’m here to inspire Your Delicious Life. My philosophy is simple: how you eat has the power to enhance your health, your happiness, and your relationships.
