Truffle oil

Butter

Instructions

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

Drizzle a small amount of truffle oil on one side of each slice of bread, and cover it with your cheese of choice.

Top with the second slice of bread.

Fry the sandwich for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Notes:

I usually cover the pan with a lid while cooking to help the cheese melt faster and reduce the chance of burning the bread. If you don't have a lid that fits, a cookie sheet works well too.
