This dish is one of those simple French classics. Just fresh radishes, some good butter, and a sprinkle of salt. So simple, so good.
It’s a regular on our menu for an easy first course and a great reminder of how a few great ingredients make a great dish.
Wash the radishes and place them on the table. Sometimes, I don’t even bother trimming the ends — I let everyone do that at the table.
Serve a few radishes with a pat of good butter and a sprinkle of sea salt.
