This is a third course that I concocted one evening when I needed something else to serve for dinner.
Made with just a few ingredients — hand-dipped ricotta, honey, lemon, and orange zest — it came together quickly for a satisfying third course.
The kids loved it, and it’s a delicious alternative to milk as a way to include calcium in everyone's dinner.
Hand-dipped ricotta and orange honey. I bought the honey at Yummy Bazaar — a fabulous online store with prices much lower than other popular sites. Have fun looking around!
Place a scoop of ricotta in a small ramekin or bowl
Drizzle the honey over the ricotta
Zest a lemon and/or an orange on top – it’s pretty and nutritious!
