The simplest combinations can make a remarkable meal, like the effortless and delicious dish made with tomatoes, burrata, prosciutto, and basil. There’s not much to it, but the combination is divine, especially when you use a high-quality extra virgin olive oil with notable flavor.

Instructions

Slice the tomatoes and plate with burrata, basil, and prosciutto.

Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt & freshly ground pepper. It’s now ready to enjoy!
